Welcome to Metrado.ai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at metradoai.com and our AI-powered construction quantity takeoff software as a service (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you are granted a 0% license to use our platform.

1. Description of Service

Metrado.ai provides an interactive cloud platform that processes construction blueprints and applies artificial intelligence models to assist professionals in calculating material quantities, object counting, and cost estimations.

Our service functions strictly as a High-Efficiency Technical Copilot. Metrado.ai automates 90% of the mathematical computation based entirely on parameters configured by the user. The final verification, engineering criteria, and construction liability remain 100% with the professional user.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Eligibility: You must be a legal professional, student, or corporate entity capable of forming a binding contract to use this service.
Billing: All subscription tiers are processed through our secure Merchant of Record (Polar.sh / Lemon Squeezy). By subscribing, you authorize our processors to bill your designated payment method recurringly.
Cancellation: You retain a 100% right to cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property and Blueprint Data

User Content: Any blueprints, plans, CAD drawings, or pricing datasets uploaded to Metrado.ai remain 100% your exclusive property. Metrado.ai claims zero ownership over your technical files.
Platform License: You grant Metrado.ai a temporary, secure, non-exclusive license to process your files strictly for execution, computing quantities, and improving your specific workspace experience.
Software Property: All code, user interfaces, branding assets, AI training structures, and look-and-feel of Metrado.ai are the exclusive property of Metrado.ai.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You explicitly agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying AI models of Metrado.ai.
Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to overload our asynchronous calculation engine.
Uploading malicious files, viruses, or corrupted technical plans intended to breach system infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability and As-Is Clause

Metrado.ai utilizes highly advanced machine learning and visual detection models to optimize estimation workflows. However, construction documentation contains high architectural variability.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Metrado.ai grants a 0% financial guarantee regarding the exact real-world absolute behavior of building materials on-site. The user is entirely responsible for reviewing all calculated metrics before executing structural decisions, purchases, or building contracts.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service instantly, without prior notice, if you breach any of the clauses established in these Terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any modifications will be posted directly on this URL endpoint. Continued use of the platform after updates implies 100% acceptance of the new legal framework.
